Stayed at Queenscliff and wandered around the marsh edge or wetlands if you like. They look incredibly boring and nothing at first, but after a while got used to it and started fancying myself paddling around in a flat-bottomed boat.
spent New Year's at Hepburn Springs folding kite paper into stars. Beautiful thing to do. Though why do things I make end up bugging me so much that I have to take them down? Have read Les Miserables - first three quarters (hand on heart) without skimming but last quarter was definitely skimmy. Don't judge me unless you try reading it. It's like War and Peace by Charles Dickens. Haven't seen the movie yet but feel I've shed enough tears for Fantine and Jean Valjean for the time being.
